Cinela PIA-2 - PIANO windshield for MS-pair

MS version of the PIA-1 windshield. The PIA-2 is specifically designed for MS configurations with the Schoeps CMIT + CCM8, but it can also be used with other microphones, provided the appropriate suspension/wiring is in place (e.g., Neumann KMR81, Ambient AT308 Emesser).

The figure-eight microphone is connected with a detachable cable (male Binder + female on chassis).

• PIA-2S: Standard swivel mount, ideal for mono use.
• PIA-2D: Double-axis swivel mount, ideal for stereo use.
• PIA-2D-BP4029: Customized for the Audio-Technica BP4029.

Unlike the ZEPHYX, the PIANO's cage is not removable. This choice of design allows to privilege of the cage suspension feature, to gain in simplicity, in lightness and in acoustic transparency. The result is the lightest windshield on the market for an equivalent size.

A PIA-2 set includes:

• Windshield and complete wiring according to the microphone configuration.
• Primary fabric, suitable for use in light wind or indoor environments.
• Choose a matching fur: SP (short-pile) or LP (long-pile), available in black, gray, or black/gray. The fur color will be selected individually after ordering.
