Cinela PIA-3 - PIANO windshield for Double-MS

The PIA-3 is specifically designed for the DMS configuration with Schoeps CMIT, CCM8, and CCM4, but it can also be used with other microphones, provided the appropriate suspension/wiring is available.

The CCM8 and CCM4 microphones are connected with detachable cables (male Binder + female on chassis).

• PIA-3S: Standard swivel mount, ideal for mono main usage.
• PIA-3D: Double-axis swivel mount, ideal for stereo/DMS main usage.

Unlike the ZEPHYX, the PIANO's cage is not removable. This choice of design allows to privilege of the cage suspension feature, to gain in simplicity, in lightness and in acoustic transparency. The result is the lightest windshield on the market for an equivalent size.

A PIA-3 set includes:

• Windshield and complete wiring corresponding to the microphone configuration.
• Primary fabric, suitable for use in light wind or indoor environments.
• Choose a matching fur: SP (short-pile fur) or LP (long-pile fur), available in black, gray, or black/gray. The fur color will be selected individually after ordering.
