Cinela PIA 1 - mono PIANO Windkorb

The PIANO was developed to meet the need for wind and vibration protection for half-shotgun microphones. In the mono version, it is particularly suitable for the Schoeps CMIT, Super CMIT, Sennheiser MKH60, MKH416, Neumann KMR81, and any other microphone up to 28 cm in length.

Unlike the ZEPHYX, the PIANO cage is not removable. This design decision allowed the cage suspension to be optimized:

 - simpler, lighter, and acoustically more transparent -

The result is the lightest windshield on the market in this size category.

All PIANO windshields in the mono version are equipped with a single-axis swivel. The base of the swivel is compatible with most plug-on transmitters.

A PIA-1 set includes:

• Windshield and mono suspension module, as well as complete wiring corresponding to the microphone configuration.
• Primary fabric, suitable for light wind or indoor use.
• Choose an accompanying fur: SP (short pile fur) or LP (long pile fur) in black, gray, or black/gray. The fur color will be requested individually after ordering.
• A polycarbonate transport case.

The PIANO is also available in MS, Double MS, or even fully customized versions for specific and larger microphones (Ambisonic, large diaphragm, etc.)
