Straight cable for QP5 and QP Slim (Spare Part)

Straight cable as a replacement for a cabled QuickPole Series 5 or QuickPole Slim. The cable comes pre-assembled and can be replaced without soldering: simply feed it through the boom pole from the top and plug it in at the rear end.

Mono cables are fitted with XLR-3F and TA3F connectors, stereo cables with XLR-5F and TA5F. The cables for the QP5100 and the QP5130 also fit the QP Slim Short and the QP Slim Long respectively.

Note: The end piece with cable outlet and the adapter are not included. If you want to retrofit a non-cabled boom pole, you will find cable and end piece together in our cable kits for the QP5 and the QuickPole Slim.

Why cables by Ambient?

Quite simply: because they are better. We rely on premium quality and high-end material.

Better shielding: Instead of the usual wrapped shield, we use a braided shield wherever possible. It is denser and therefore shields better against interference.

Greater stability: Instead of PVC – as is common with cheap cables – we use polyurethane wherever possible. Even after frequent coiling and uncoiling, plug and cable will not break off.
