The unique CMS-50 is a compact stereo condenser shotgun microphone. It is 14 cm long and weighs only 130 g. It is particularly suitable for users who require the versatility and stereo sound of an MS (Mid-Side) design. The shotgun microphone features two outputs: one cardioid and one figure-eight to adjust the stereo image.
This MS configuration allows the stereo width to be adjusted from mono to stereo sound. If both outputs are recorded separately, this stereo impression can be modified later in post-production.
