Impressive precision and clarity. The 4017 is a slim shotgun microphone (hypercardioid pattern) with strong directivity and excellent RF shielding. Ideal for film sound recording on a boom.

The entire line of miniature microphones is based on the original d:screet™ 4060, the very first miniature microphone developed by DPA based on the best technology which has been used previously used only in hearing aids and measurement microphones.
